Description
Returns the success or failure to create a new field device on EService.
Success Mode
The field primaryKeyUpdateIndex is populated with a PrimaryKeyUpdateIndex object, containing the new primary key and current update index of the newly created field device record.
Failure Modes
One or more failure fields will be populated with a failure object (will contain a non-null reference) indicating the nature of the failure, with relevant information.
