Description
Indicates the success or failure to create a new resource on EService.
Success Mode
Populates the updateIndex field with the current update index value of the new resource record.
Failure Modes
One or more failure fields will be populated with a failure object (will contain a non-null reference) indicating the nature of the failure, with relevant information.
