Description
Returns the details of the customer requested, or a reason why the customer detail could not be found.
Success Mode
The field customerDetail will be populated with a CustomerBean, with the customers details, or the field may be null, indicating there was no customer details found.
Failure Modes
One or more failure fields will be populated with a failure object (will contain a non-null reference) indicating the nature of the failure, with relevant information.
