Description
Returns a list of all the resource group names on the server, or a reason why the data could not be retrieved.
Success Mode
The field resourceGroups is populated with an array of zero or more Strings, one for each resource group found on EService, or is set to null, indicating there are no resource groups for the current organisation.
Failure Modes
One or more failure fields will be populated with a failure object (will contain a non-null reference) indicating the nature of the failure, with relevant information.
