Description
Returns a list of all the resources on the server.
Success Mode
The field resourceList is populated with an array of ResourceBean objects, one for every resource in every resource group on the EService server for the current organisation, or null if there are no resources.
Failure Modes
One or more failure fields will be populated with a failure object (will contain a non-null reference) indicating the nature of the failure, with relevant information.
