[edit] Welcome to the ECONZ EService Developer page

EService is a Job Management and Wireless Dispatch system developed by ECONZ.

It is provided as a subscriber based service in a number of countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia.

Dispatchers can create, dispatch, and manage jobs sent to field workers using a Web Based interface, while the field workers will receive and progress jobs through a variety of compatible field devices, including Windows Tablets, PDA's, and cell phones.

For companies which already have a job and/or invoice management system, but which lacks the Wireless Dispatch and real time job management capabilities of EService, we have created a set of SOAP Web Services. These services allow any external system to connect directly to EService, adding these highly effective management tools directly into the company work flow for minimal cost and effort.

To assist with the integration of EService with other systems, we have created a number of Client Software examples which utilize Web Services to retrieve or manipulate job data on EService.

For more information about EService, please see http://www.eservice.econz.com

The EService Soap API is documented here.

To test your SOAP client, ECONZ provides a Sandpit system. Notes for using the Sandpit system are documented here.
