The Timecard and EService Sandpit systems can be accessed via the following URLs:

It is recommended that all development and testing be done against the sandpit system to prevent the corruption of your organisations production data during your development testing and to prevent the throttling of your organisations SOAP throughput should your SOAP client application be deemed to be badly behaved.
