Returns the success or failure to delete a specified resource.
Success Mode
None of the failure fields are populated, indicating there was no problem with deleting the resource.
Failure Modes
One or more failure fields will be populated with a failure object (will contain a non-null reference) indicating the nature of the failure, with relevant information.
